From doorstep to dog bowl and back again — here’s how we keep raw feeding simple.
step 1 : Join Our Pack
Start by selecting a subscription based on your dog’s weight and feeding needs. We portion, freeze, and prep your meals for weekly delivery in our signature ottopods™.
Step 2 : We Deliver
Each week, we drop off a fully stocked insulated tote containing 18 frozen meals in reusable containers. Deliveries are tightly routed for consistency, speed, and sustainability.
Step 3 : You Feed
Grab an ottopod™ from your fridge, pop the lid, and serve. No scooping, no raw meat handling, and no daily prep — just clean, effortless feeding.
Step 4 : Rinse & Return
After each meal, give the ottopod™ a quick rinse and store it in your empty delivery tote. On your next delivery day, we’ll collect the used pods and swap in a fresh set.
Step 5 : Repeat
With meals arriving weekly, your dog’s diet stays consistent, your fridge stays stocked, you never have to worry about running out, and together, we contribute zero waste to landfill.
